For this Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from four different barrels and ten different brews. The lambikken were brewed by us, Boon and Timmermans and blended in more or less equal portions. The oldest lambik was brewed in March 2018 - that is more than 6 years prior to bottling! - rendering the weighted average age of the blend to more than 38 months. Almost one third of the blend was brewed with local cereals from Pajottenland.
