This new Meerts 21|22 series was obtained as usual by fermenting fruits that had already been used once. The fruits were fermented for a period of 4 months in a blend of 80% 1 year old Meerts (a low strength lambic) and 20% of a blend of different 2 year old lambics! Contains : Meerts au Pinot Noir, Meerts au Pinot Gris, Meerts au Riesling, Meerts à la Syrah, Meerts à la Roussanne and Meerts à l'Airelle Sauvage. Size: 6x375ml ABV: 5.8%
